Step 1: Planning

The most important part of our process is simple: Listening.

At the very start, we’ll set up an interview to listen to your goals and objectives for the website. Your input will be the groundwork we build on during the project. We’ll tailor the site to your needs, creating something that’s unique and has your individual stamp on it.

We want you to feel involved in the process. Pioneer Design believes in full transparency during the website’s construction so that you’re always in the loop. We’ll provide you a link to a project management system so you can see the work in progress and offer comments and suggestions. Throughout, we include milestones on when each stage will be delivered.

Step 2: Proofing

We’ll compile the ingredients for your website — or even create them for you, if necessary. Then we’ll create a design that ties all those elements together in a strategic way to increase sales, enhance your brand, or engage your audience.

Step 3: Review

Once the draft is complete, we’ll send you design proofs for your critique. We’ll continue to refine and redesign until you’re happy with the results.

Step 4: Development Stage

When you sign off on the design, we’ll go ahead and code the website, building the actual pages and constructing elements such as a Content Management System or e-Commerce tool.

Step 5: Launch

Once the site is live, watch your traffic grow and your business expand!
